Leland is a full-time magician and family entertainer from the Greater St. Louis area. His company is family-owned and operated, and works mostly in the St. Louis and St. Charles County areas. Both Leland and Whiskers will gladly jump on a plane to bring magic and fun to any event or party when asked. They are happy to go wherever magic, balloon art and face painting are required.
Leland has been performing magic, and entertaining with balloon art since 2003. He never leaves to perform magic without his trusty sidekick, Whiskers (who incidentally insists on driving to the venues every time. You’ll be happy to know he’s only been allowed once.) Leland is a family entertainer which means his shows are rated G for Great. It also means that both children and adults enjoy his sleight of hand, quick wit and clean comedy. Leland and Whiskers also love involving the audience in their magic shows. There’s never a dull moment when these two have the stage!
Leland is a true artist and as such, loves to design and create new balloon twisting techniques. He is known for his unique wearable balloon art, as well as his amazing balloon sculptures. Leland wants the adventure to last long after the event, so he uses pro-grade balloons that are more durable than store balloons. If care is taken, his balloon creations can last up to two week.
Although Leland doesn’t do the actual face painting, his company only uses experienced professionals. His face painters are professional artists who love their craft, and enjoy making children and adults smile. They use professional brushes, and paint, and can design and create upon request.
Leland lives in the St. Louis area with his beautiful wife, Tami, of over 21 years. Whiskers has his own apartment in the backyard, and when he’s not performing magic, he enjoys long walks on the beach, sunning by the pool, and watching American Ninja on his widescreen TV.
